Please confirm the IPMate is connected with the PC, if the
IPMate logo is yellow as  ,It
means the IPMate is ok to use.If
the IPMate logo is gray as  ,It
means the IPMate is not be connected with the PC, please
refer to "How to connect the IPMate" in manual.

Please confirm the client software(PC2phone) is logined.
4.
Pick up the IPMate，the
client software(PC2phone) window will be maximized.
5.
Dial the number, all the number dialed will be showed on the screen.
6.
Press "Call" (for IPMate S80 and S90, press "#" ).
7.
When you finish the
phone call, just put down the IPMate, the internet phone call will be
finished and the client software(PC2phone) window will be minimized.
