1.     In the country, the Exclusive Agent is the unique partner to sell our all product (IPMate S60, IPMate S70, IPMate S80, IPMate S90 and new coming product). If other company wants to sell our product in this country, we will transfer these customers to Exclusive Agent, and we will transfer all the customer in the country to the Exclusive Agent.

2.     We give the Exclusive Agent 50% discount according to the price on our website.

3.     Introduce the Exclusive Agent on our Website.

4.     Supply a free train every year.

5.     If the product is scarce, the Exclusive Agent has the priority to get the product first.

6.     On 5th every month, we will give the Exclusive agent a kickback according to the sale quantity when sale quantity exceed 10,000 USD, detail please see the following form.

Requirement:

1.     Order more than 1000 units IPMate in one order.

2.     Sale task pre month see the following form.

3.     If sale quantity can NOT reach 50% of sale task, we will cancel the right of exclusive agent at the begin of next month.

4.     If sale quantity can not reach 100% of sale task but exceed 50% of sale task for continuous three months, we will cancel the right of exclusive agent at the begin of next month. 

5.     Feed back the information of end-customer in time.
