A1:   No, Actions of dialing  on phone are simulated as the action of keyboard and mouse by IPMate setup software, so IPMate can control internet phone software without any operation on keyboard or mouse.

Q2:   Can IPMate work with Skypeout, How can I do that?

A2:   Yes,  For Skypeout, press  "00"+"country number"+"phone number"  can start the Skypeout.

Q3:   What is the red dot or green dot on IPMate  S90, do I need to push that to change the router from PSTN to Internet phone?

A3:   NO,  the red dot on IPMate  S90 is power light. The green dot is to indicate PSTN or Internet phone. Press "*" can change the router from PSTN to Internet phone.

Q9:   As you know in the Middle East the internet is heavily monitored and we are not sure if your device will work in our market.
A9:   Our IPMate setup software is a control software to support the Skype and other internet phone software,  so the heavily monitored internet will not affect the usage of IPmate, if you can use Skype for now, then you can use IPMate to support Skype. And you can use your general phone to call internet phone call, even your cordless phone.

A11:   The market of IPMate can be separated into two part:

One part is the corporation market. For corporation which have sub-company in different city, IPMate is a free communication solution between sub-company.
   For this market, no matter whether the customer know Skype or IPMate, once we introduce Skype+IPMate communication solution to them as a free communication way and do not need change the call custom, they will buy IPMate at once. In this market, IPmate S90 is popular,
   The other part is student or younger generation market, they can accept the new product such as Skype and IPMate. In this market, the IPMate S60 and S80 is popular.

Q12:   How can I setup the Skype audio as IPMate and other audio as my Sound Card at the same time?


A12:   Please do  both the following two step:
       1.       Open Skype->File->Options->Hand/Headsets change the audio in/audio out/ringing in IPMate/USB audio Device, then Save.

                  
       2.       Windows control panel-> Voice & audio->voice and audio equipment -> audio, choose the audio in/audio out /midi into default audio Device, pay attention to do NOT click the "only use the default equipment".
                                              

Q13:   Could you give us more information about the audio setting?

A13:   The IPMate has been set as the default audio equipment.
       If you can not hear anything from IPMate, and you want to use IPMate as audio equipment, please follow the step:
       Open Skype->File->Options->Hand/Headsets change the audio in/audio out/ringing in IPMate/USB audio Device, then Save.

                  
       If this do not work, please pull the IPMate for a moment and plug the IPMate, then restart the PC.

       If you want to set your other audio equipment as default audio equipment, please follow the step:
